4 Week MVP

It assumes you know everything. It never explains step-by-step. And it's always arguing with you.

4 Week MVP is the system that makes AI meet you at your level - step-by-step, on your page, no pushback - until the thing you're building is live. Four weeks. Or you don't pay.

Get the Starter Pack — $47Live in four weeks or you don’t pay. 60-day guarantee, keep everything, one email to claim it.

This is for people who started. You opened Lovable, or Claude Code, or Codex. You got somewhere real — half an app, most of a tool, the thing for your business you keep coming back to. And then somewhere between “this is incredible” and last Tuesday, it turned into a fight.

If you want someone to build it for you, hire an agency — genuinely, that’s the right purchase. If you’re a working engineer, most of this will be obvious to you. Everyone else — the ones mid-build, mid-argument, mid-“maybe-I’ll-come-back-to-it” — keep reading.

You know the cycle.

The AI tells you to “just go set up” something complicated in a place you’ve never been. You beg it to explain things like you’re five — it does, for one answer, then goes right back to assuming you’re an engineer. You ask for your project your way and get pushback. The load piles up until one night you just… close it. Tell yourself you’ll come back when the willpower’s rebuilt.

Sometimes you do.

Meanwhile the meter runs. The subscriptions bill monthly whether anything ships or not. Builders in exactly this spot have told me they’ve spent “tons on tokens” — hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars — with nothing live to show for it.

One of them spent $10,000 in tokens on an app that never worked - and later found the same idea selling as a product for $99 a month. The expensive part was never the AI. It's building the wrong thing, the wrong way, with nobody to tell you.

And when you go looking for help? The internet is full of AI giving advice about AI.

A system, not a course

I don’t want to teach you AI. I want AI to work for you, at your level.

Three parts. Each one exists because somebody hit the wall it removes.

Part one

The Level-Match Setup

A configuration you paste in once. From then on, the AI explains every step like you're new here - because you are, and that's fine - stays on your page, and stops arguing about how you want your own project built. You will feel the difference in the first hour.

Part two

The Verdict — before you spend a dollar

In week one, the system makes you run your idea through the same check I use on mine: build it, buy it, or skip it. If the honest answer is “a $99/month tool already does this,” you find out before the tokens burn. Not after.

Part three

The map, with a finished example

Four weeks, laid out in order. A finished example project with every single step marked, so you are never guessing what comes next. And the 25 walls everybody hits, decoded into plain English - so the 11pm error stops being the end of your night.

The part nobody else sells

And you are not alone with it.

Every Starter Pack includes a seat at the live build clinics — real people bring real stuck projects, and we get them unstuck on camera. Sessions are scheduled as guests book them.

Plus one written unstick: hit a wall, send me exactly where you’re stuck, and I’ll send back “do this, don’t do that.” You get one — I’m one person, and I’d rather promise one and deliver it than promise unlimited and ghost you. But it’s there for the night you need it.

The Starter Pack — everything, matched to the wall it removes.

Forty-seven dollars. Less than one month of the subscription you’re already paying, and about one three-hundredth of what an agency quotes. Why so low? Because these are files and a system — they cost me nothing to copy, the clinics run when guests book anyway, and the people I want in the Lab later are the ones who used this first.

Zero risk, and I mean zero

Live In Four Weeks — Or You Don't Pay

Put the system to work on your idea. If it isn't live in four weeks — or you're unhappy for any reason at all — reply to your receipt within 60 days and I'll refund every cent. No proof required, no interrogation. Keep everything either way — I'm not going to chase you for files.

Who am I to sell this?

Eighteen months ago I could barely connect a printer. I used this exact system to build Valis — a commercial real estate underwriting platform — in about ten weeks.

I went from barely being able to connect a printer to my computer to building a real software company with AI — over 100 users in the first four weeks, and $100,000 in written investment offers within two meetings of launching.

Those are my results, and they are not typical. I have no idea what you'll do — that depends on your idea, your market, and how hard you work.

I’m one data point. I’m telling you that plainly because the whole point of this system is that nobody gets to lie to you about what’s hard — including me.

Fair questions

Is this another AI course?

No. Courses teach you AI. This configures AI to work for you, at your level. You never touch the scary machinery - the setup handles it.

Why not just wait? The models keep getting better.

They do. And people keep burning money anyway, because the waste was never the model's fault. Better models make the system more useful, not less: the Verdict tells you what's worth building this month, and the method survives every model release.

My thing is already half-built and it's a mess. Does that matter?

That's the best case. Bring it. The system was built for mid-build, and the clinic exists for exactly this.

I've been burned by “easy” before.

Good - stay skeptical, it'll make you run the Verdict honestly. This isn't easy. It's supported. There's a difference, and the difference is the whole product.

How much time does it take?

Ten to fifteen hours a week for four weeks. The Field Guide reads in about 45 minutes; the rest is doing, with the map open.

What if I want more than files?

The Clinic Pass ($97) gets you a priority guest seat - bring your stalled project, we unstick it live - plus every session recording. The 4 Week MVP System ($297) is the full video curriculum. The 4 Week MVP Lab ($2,500) is four weeks with me in it.

What if I hate it?

Put the system to work on your idea. If it isn't live in four weeks — or you're unhappy for any reason at all — reply to your receipt within 60 days and I'll refund every cent. No proof required, no interrogation. Keep everything either way — I'm not going to chase you for files.

Here’s the whole decision.

$47. Everything above. And if your thing isn’t live in four weeks, you get the $47 back and keep it all. The alternative is another weekend of arguing with a chatbot.

P.S. The refund really is one email. If I made you argue for it, I’d be no better than the chatbot.
